Humble Origins
IPParalegals began in May of 1992 as a freelance contracting and consulting firm, born from client requests for our founder to outsource her prowess at fixing mistakes that supposedly could not be fixed. This capability earned recognition as a unique and value-added service that would be increasingly relied upon as clients moved forward. By the mid-1990s, demand for these services increased to where choices had to be made. So IPParalegals was christened in 1996 to address this demand, with the IPParalegals.com domain being secured in October of 2005.

Over the years our clients have entrusted us with ownership of their most significant and complicated portfolios. We have earned their confidence through technical mastery, integrity... and results. IPParalegals does not practice law, nor do we provide legal advice. We are simply here to make a difference for those that do.
